A subscription to License Tracker’s premium support service provides access to the following items:

Webinars	Webinars are offered on many topics for both License Tracker administrators and end users. This area lets you see the schedule of upcoming webinars and sign up for those you want, plus suggest new topics.
User Forum	This area contains product FAQs and is the forum for users to share experiences and ask questions of one another.
Support Forum	A forum providing direct access to License Tracker’s support and development staff to request a feature, make a comment or raise a support incident.
Edit Profile	Manage your LT-PremiumAssist userid - including contact information and password management.
